You can even skip the grating mess and just hand mash up steamed cauliflower with a potato masher. You can can stop mashing at "rice" size pieces. Cauliflower is messy enough just to cut with a knife. I'm sure you'd have it flying all over your kitchen if you grated it raw. No need for the hassle of a food processor either.
